We work with hospitals that use original, FDA-approved or CE-marked devices from established manufacturers. You receive the device identification card, and the warranty follows the manufacturer's terms for your specific model. These are set out in your written plan.

Before you travel, you receive an itemised quote covering treatment, hotel and transfers. Payment terms are written into your agreement, and nothing is added after you arrive without your approval.
