PRP therapy (P-Shot)

Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) is prepared from a small sample of your own blood. It is concentrated to separate the platelets and growth factors, then injected into the penile tissue. It aims to support tissue repair, blood flow and sensitivity, and is sometimes combined with shockwave therapy.

Your stay in Istanbul

The typical stay above is a guide. Your exact itinerary, including arrival day, tests, treatment, rest and a final check, is confirmed in your written plan once a specialist has reviewed your case.

Common questions

Is PRP safe?
Because PRP comes from your own blood, the risk of an allergic reaction is very low. As with any injection, minor bruising or swelling can occur. Your specialist will discuss the evidence and expectations with you, as research on PRP for erectile function is still developing.
Can PRP be combined with other treatments?
Yes. It is often planned alongside shockwave therapy. Your specialist will recommend the combination and timing that suit your case.
