This notice explains how NMC SAĞLIK TURİZM LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("NMC") processes your personal data as data controller under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK").

2. Data we process
Identity and contact data you provide (name or alias, WhatsApp number, country of residence), the content of your messages and any health data you choose to share (symptoms, test results, reports, medical history).
3. Purposes
To answer your enquiry, have your case reviewed by a specialist, prepare a treatment plan and quote, organise your hospital appointments, accommodation, transfers and interpreter, and provide follow-up.
4. Legal basis
Health data is processed only with your explicit consent (KVKK Art. 6). Other data is processed where necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, to perform the contract and to comply with legal obligations (KVKK Art. 5).
5. Who we share data with
Only with the licensed hospitals and physicians involved in your care, and with accommodation and transfer providers to the extent strictly necessary, always with your consent. We use WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) as a communication channel at your request, which may involve transfer of data abroad. We never sell your data or share it for marketing.
6. Retention
We keep your data only as long as needed for the purposes above and our legal obligations, then delete or anonymise it.
7. Your rights
Under KVKK Art. 11 you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, correction or deletion, learn who it was shared with, object to automated decisions and claim compensation for unlawful processing. Send requests to info@nmcsaglikturizmi.com.
8. This website
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and loads no third-party trackers. Fonts are served from our own server. The contact form does not store your data on our website. It opens a WhatsApp chat with the details you entered.
